Our society has been established for charitable purposes, with a community, visitor and tourism focus.  We aim to promote Tairua and the surrounding area as part of the Coromandel Peninsula to New Zealanders and international visitors alike.

Most of our staff (32 at last count) are volunteers and we are generously supported by our local business community, many of whom are members of our Information Centre.  These are the operators and service providers that are listed on this website.  We always welcome new members and volunteers, so if you would like further information or you have some news or activities that you would like to share with the community, please let us know.
